The Stress Buster!

Fitness has definitely become a big part of my everyday life because it keeps my stress down to a minimum. School, work, and everyday life can really be stressful and can even have you feeling down at times. Studies show that working out builds endorphins which are your "happy hormones." Endorphins are produced and your body benefits.

Although we all can have busy lives, it is important to take care of your temple as well. We don't want to get so stressed out that we forget to take care of what's most important. My advice would be to take at least 30 minutes out of your day to do something as simple as walking. If you're up to it, you could join a gym or simply do workouts at home. Of course, life isn't always going to be perfect. But I know for myself that taking time to workout 5-6 days a week helps keep the stress bugs away!
