Workout Buddies are the Best!

Although I am my biggest motivator, I find it beneficial to have a workout buddy. When it comes to fitness and overall health, sometimes we need someone by our side to keep us stay motivated and do better. If you have an issue with your diet or just keeping up with your workout regimen overall, find a friend or even a group of friends to hold you accountable. More than likely they may need help also.

My roommate and I decided to get up every morning, make it our point to workout together, help motivate each other to do better, and stay strong through the process. During my weight loss journey, my mom was my favorite workout buddy. We would workout together which kept me inspired to keep pushing. Throughout my life, I've realized that everything isn't meant to be done by myself. That is why I encourage you to have someone by your side that will keep you accountable as you do the same for them.
