Spotless Mind

Hey!! It has been an exciting couple of months. It's summer time! People are graduating, giving birth, moving to new homes, and taking family vacations.
I've moved recently and I'm in still in the process of unpacking. It takes a lot of time and energy. My family and I also just got back from our vacation in NYC. It was so much fun! But I tell you, prepping for the move and vacation was not easy.

I began to stress out and become overwhelmed with tasks. So I had to sit back and rationalize. I figured out some ways to destress.
  • First, I made a to do list on what had to be completed.
  • Then I started journaling (how I felt and goals I wanted to accomplish).
  • Last but not least, I started implementing breathing exercises and meditation.
I am proud to say that these small changes helped a lot.

If you are at a point in life when things seem uncertain, over bearing, and inevitable; try what I listed above and you will see a difference. It is the little things that matter the most. Take life one day at a time. Life is not a race, it is a marathon!!
