Corn Dog Bites Recipe


When it came to developing the recipe for Corn Dog Bites, I wanted to create a much healthier way for my siblings who are vegetarians to enjoy Vegetarian Style Sausages.

Ingredients:
1/2 c. all purpose flour *(Gluten free all purpose flour can be used as well)
1/2 c. Corn flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. oil Spices of choice

Directions:
1. Heat oil up in a fry pan on a medium heat (if you have a electric stove top, place it on 7).
2. Blend corn flour, flour, and spices in one bowl, and eggs in a separate bowl.
3. Dip sausages in egg mixture then dip sausage into flour batter.
4. Put battered sausages into the pan, and fry until golden brown and crispy.
5. Place corn dog bites in a colander or on a paper towel to absorb oil.
6. Serve with your favorite sauce, and Enjoy!
