Buttermilk Scrambled Egg Burrito

When I created this recipe, I was looking for simple and quick breakfast burrito fixes, which means less time in the kitchen.



1/2 c. Buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 pinch of Himalayan salt
2 Tortillas wrapper 

1. In a small glass bowl, combine all ingredients, except tortilla wrappers. Whisk together until egg is completely broken down.
2. Using a dutch oven frying pan (allow it to get good and hot before), apply butter to the pan.
3. Add egg to the frying pan and begin to scramble the eggs.
4. Divide the eggs up between the tortilla wrappers and roll them up to form a burrito.
