Sweet California Tuna

How did the name of this dish come into play? Well, of course, I live in California. I was preparing my lunch for school one day and thought, "why not add in some dried cranberries?" That small addition made this dish a grand household favorite. My mother loves Sweet California Tuna as a sandwich! Now it can become your favorite too! I guarantee you will never go back to the old, boring way of making tuna. You can't resist the sweet! Check out my demo video below. You can also find the recipe.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna (I prefer tuna in water)
1 celery stalk, cleaned and chopped fine
1-2 c. dried cranberries
1-2 tbsp. mustard
1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise or vegannaise
Dash of black pepper
Dash of dill weed
Dash of cayenne Pepper

Directions:
1. Drain the tuna and add it into a medium sized mixing bowl, breaking it up with a fork.
2. Add the chopped celery, cranberries, mustard, mayo, and seasoning.
3. Mix it all together,

and BAM! Sweet California Tuna is yours to devour.
